I am hosting a private party in a luxurious 3 bedroom bungalow located on a very quiet street in the Manordale area, off of W Hunt Club Rd, in Nepean, Ontario. This location is very private and is perfect for this type of event. There is a large kitchen and common area for socializing, and there is also three separate bedrooms for play - Two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each and another bedroom with two single beds in it. There is also a hot tub that can accommodate for 4 people at a time, located on the back patio. There is parking in the driveway and also tons of street parking. The exact location will be sent the day before the event to paid, registered guests.

Please bring you own towels for the hot tub and play/showers, flip flops, condoms, lube and drinks.

Light snacks will be provided.

RENT A ROOM FOR THE NIGHT

I will open up the two Queen bedroom if someone wants to rent the rooms and spend the night. Check out would be 10am and you would only have access to this room at 12am once all of the other guest leave. I will have fresh bedding for you

Room #1 Queen bed, 75$ per room for the night. (Only 2 people per room)

Room #2 Queen bed, 75$ per room for the night. (Only 2 people per room)

Room # 3 I will be staying in the Single bed room, and another single may stay over night for $25 for the other single bed.

The first to reserve the rooms and pay for them will get them.

SINGLE MALES

Single males may attend but I will limit the number attending to try and keep a balanced number of male/female.
