Hi we are an easy going, fun ,long term married couple. We are sort of on a bit of a break from lifestyle fun at the moment sort of. Hubby hurt his knee at the gym and had to take time to let it heal. He is just starting back into the gym and it has been a slow challenging ordeal for him easing back into it.
