What resort are you staying at? I understand if you walk west on the beach from the Sanctuary White Sands you will come to an area that is clothing optional and not just topless. I've been to Cuba many times and have enjoyed clothing optional beaches in Cayo Largo and Cayo Santa Maria. Also been to a few resorts where you could walk for miles in the nude on the deserted beaches away from the resort areas.
