We are a retired couple going to the club4 for rendezvous during the day requires a membership and entrance fee avoiding a gantlet of single guys this is a excellent solution. Even for just meeting quietly in room. Also, excellent location north of Toronto on Young Street obscure rear entrance.

More couples joining would be nice. what could the venue owner do to get more of our community, to check out his venue $30 for room for 90 minutes is very good value? if you really want to mix it up you have the theatre area.

They are open seven days a week 10 am to 8 pm with slightly revised hours on Sunday as they have deal with the church over use of the parking lot. next time I see the owner I will give him a age demographic of our community constructed years ago so he would get a feel for his target customer base, first suggestion DVDs are better than tapes and we do like porn full of 18-year-olds our children and grandchildren's age. he has to find a way to target our community. with some fresh ideas he has a theater space, is already has on site play, drinking is not a big part of our community culture.

I completely agree with you, it is a way better option than M4. Although I will say, I met a couple there one time and the room we got put in was very dirty, and we all felt a little uncomfortable even sitting on the couch. Also a random single guy just opened the door and tried to come in. We told him to leave, but is that a normal thing that happens there? Maybe it was just a one off, and maybe that room was not as well maintained, but I thought I’d share my experience. 🙏🏽

I'm having fun talking to the owner. apparently, his mother recently passed and he along with covid issues. he was not happy with the state of the business, while he was not physically there in the short time, I've known him he has done a lot of fixing cleaning and painting. If he wants to change his business model and hold on to his current clientele who also want to meet couples my wife so far has not been impressed, I think her opinion is what would be typical. If you're a single guy dress to impress, shower women can tell if with things as simple as clean finger nails.

I'm no Jon Taffer, but I know our community, but I do see the potential in this place hIs current customer base and his potential customer base are mutually compatible. the owner is my age a bit behind the times knows the sex industry well but not our community. He was not aware of this site or CD. let's get real he still uses VHS tapes. The one thing he does have is location, location, location.

I think he needs to get rid of the cheap plastic patio chairs. not very comfortable or suitable.

He could us a roll of dry wall tape and a bucket of compound on the ceiling and some ceiling paint his original business model, needs a Paradyme shift. the lifestyle, community swingers would be a good fit . I would recommend some sort of dress code for the single guys. to improve the compatibility with the couples that would be looking to play as mmf. The current chairs are easy to stake in order to facilitate meet and greats for attracting couples and singles.
