We aim to have 80-90 sexy people to join us so we do ask please DO NOT invite or add anyone to the list without our permission first. This will help us with keeping track of the attendees, thank you!

This is a BYOB-condom event. We will be supplying hot and cold finger foods, snacks, water, mix, pop and ice.

The garage and deck (weather permitting) are the smoking areas for our events. No nudity on the deck....please respect our neighbours. Unfortunately our hottub is closed for our events....sorry.

Our basement is set up for public play with a bit of club atmosphere. We also have 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 for those who wish to be alone the other is our red room for multiple couples to enjoy. Towels, pads, wipes, extra sheets will also be provided. Remember to clean up after yourselves, so others can enjoy the rooms.
