Hello sexy people! Our last Chatham event prior to covid was a huge success and we will be hosting another Hotel Takeover at the same hotel. Those who attended the first one a couple years ago can attest to how amazing the event was. It is a smaller boutique hotel with 50 rooms, but the party is fantabulous. Is that a word? We suggest you book in advance as it will be a guaranteed sellout. We target the hottest couples form Windsor, London, Chatham, and the GTA. We do send invitations to who we feel are the best fit for our crowd however we will not discriminate.

"All Pink Everything" is the theme so ladies wear your sexiest pink or white lingerie, dresses, costumes, etc, and fellas wear your best pink and white summer outfits. It's time to get the party started once again in a very sexy environment with a very sexy crowd..

Check in to any one of the beautifully themed rooms of your choice, maybe grab something to eat at the restaurant next door, then get ready to dance and party the night away as sexy as you want to be to the latest jams provided by an amazing DJ that will definitely bring the roof down. Grab some drinks from the bar and/or have a few complementary drinks (limited) in one of the designated Hospitality/Play rooms. Leave your room open for mingling or frolic or closed for privacy, it’s your choice. We encourage everyone to leave their doors open to mix it up and mingle with as many people as possible for a true Hotel Takeover Experience. That’s what makes hotel takeovers the best. When the mood is right feel free to indulge in your wildest fantasises with another like minded couple in the privacy of your room. If you're feeling a bit more on the hedonistic side perhaps play in a group setting. No pressure atmosphere but the opportunity is there to turn fantasies into reality.

The theme is pink and white and there are no single males permitted to this event unless specifically requested. This will be the second hotel takeover of it’s kind in this region. We are going to party hard!!! There are 50 rooms and we anticipate they will sell out fast so be sure to book asap. We are registered on more than one swinger site so the attendee lists of one particular site is not an accurate indication of who will be attending. Do not contact the hotel directly.
