Location: near Brentwood in north Burnaby. Details provided upon registration.

Prepaid up to March 23rd - couples and single men are just $50, single ladies $15.

For payment at the door,, couples and single men are just $60, single ladies $20.

Prepaid cancellations will be credited fully toward a future event.

Time: 8:00 p.m. to whenever the last folks leave.

Overnights are also welcome at $20 per person (breakfast not included).

If this is your first visit, you are welcome at 7:30 p.m. to receive a tour, a short orientation, and answers to your questions. Don't worry if you can't come early. We always manage to do tours up to 9:30.

We will provide hot and cold appetizers and snacks throughout the evening. Candy bowls are sprinkled about the venue and there are beverage stations upstairs, downstairs and in the garage. Bring your own wine, beer or spirits. Please note that inebriation or hard drugs (even if taken earlier) will result in being asked to leave.

Our events are pansexual and anything goes so long as it's consensual. Guests are respectful, ask before touching and honour a polite, "No thank you."

For Elysium, we set up areas specifically for swingers although you're welcome to indulge any fantasies.

There are also lockers with complementary locks and keys for the evening.

All areas have condoms, lube, cleaning supplies, stereos and include:

    The living room or conversation pit or public play room (one of the couches is a sofa bed). The Sybian will be set up here as well.
    The dining room and kitchen providing a night-long buffet as well as endless pop, mixers, and spring water.
    A covered outside smoking area.
    2 full bathrooms upstairs and down.
    Red Room upstairs with a double bed and a door.
    Office upstairs with a double mattress and a door.
    Dungeon with 2 queen size mattresses under the suspension frame. There are spanking benches, a bondage chair and a bondage table. There is also a sex swing and public SM toys, restraints, chains, etc.
    School room with a full-size bed and a door.
    A Zen room with a queen size bed and a door.
    Medical room/ Downstairs kitchen with a fucking machine. Curtains provide some privacy.
    Double garage measuring 18' x 20' with three queen size mattresses pushed together for a group cuddle puddle. There is also a sex swing. The room is fully insulated, heated, soundproofed.
    Hot tub with an air mattress. Bathrobes and towels are available.
