Some Things I Enjoy Doing :

    I grew up in a bakery so, i would have to say, the observing of one being made, or helping to make a Cream Pie. The mixing bowl must be very clean and i like a mixing spoon that is not too long and not too short but just right. It should be firm  and stiff but still flexible enough with a bit of a curve and a big head to spread the Cream around the bowl to blend the ingredient’s just right.

   I enjoy being right up close, if aloud, too Making sure that the Cream pie is made correctly, i like to get right in were you can savour the sights and sounds and, enjoy the delicate scent of all the elements  involved in making a product that is so incredibly intoxicating, ( for those who know, is impossible to resist ). Sure being so close you might get some splashed on your face and occasionally  the spoon may slip from the bowl, but that is an opportunity to sample the mix and see if the balance is just right. I like to use two different kinds of Cream one is light and delicate, sweet, thin, opaque, more of a feminine Cream … the other is thicker and whiter in colour,  it has a stronger scent and some can have a bitter taste, … but a more Masculine  cream. When properly balanced and blended, it creates something that is so incredibly delicious, it deifies description and can only be appreciated by enjoying it fresh, straight from the oven.  ( "nothin says lovin like somethin from the oven" )

   Mmmm My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it. There's nothing smoother or more delicious  than these two Creams mixed together to make really fresh Cream Pie. It’s so intoxicating that it could be habit forming. I need help to make some and more importantly to taste the Pie  =^..^=
